This one is for Blaine who has been refuting my claim that Steven had been over doing it when he should have been getting his rest. This is definitely Steve Bauer working his little fingers to the bone (notice the leather gloves) scooping up rocks (132 cubic yards or 171.6 tons to be exact) and gently dumping them in the desired areas so that he can shovel them around and around and around to my satisfaction. What a guy! Such undying dedication to domestic harmony! A man doing too much, as usual.
Stay tuned. My next entry will be all about tree care. You'll love it.
This is me about twenty years ago, trying to look casual with a parrot on my shoulder.
My Little World
Empty-nested professor at the 107th largest community college in California and mother of four too-smart-for-their-own-good kids, tells of campus life and her experiences living part-time in an apartment on an obscure valley town and part-time in Cody, WY.
I am a dyed-in-the-roots Mormon girl. I love my religion and especially missionary work. I suppose this sounds kind of strange coming from a Professor of Psychogy and Sociology. I would be happy to enter into a friendly discussion about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but the emphasis is on "friendly." My family is my next love. After that, I love to create and I love horses, as is noted repeatedly on my blog.
