Here we have Officer Tim Bockman counseling and releasing Hambo, the one-pig army. Officer Bockman had responded to reports of a suspicious person lurking around the Taft college library. Reports of a female accomplice could not be confirmed by Officer Bockman. The reporting party, Paddy the Pig, was unavailable for comment.
